Do I need to pre-register in advance of an event?
Yes. Pre-registration and payment is required for the Blooming Artisan flower parties. All flower parties must be reserved and paid in full 5 business days prior to the event.

Do I need to have previous experience to sign up for a flower party?
No. Flower parties require no previous experience. They are accessible to all skill levels.

What’s included in the price of the flower party?
All materials are provided for the guests to create their own unique floral work of art to take home with them. As much as possible seasonally available flowers will be purchased from local flower growers. Occasionally, guests will be asked to bring their own scissors or pruning shears if they have them.

What’s the typical group size of a flower party?
There is a minimum of 10 guests to run a flower party. For some flower parties the group size may be limited to ensure one on one attention from the instructor. 

What is the average duration of a flower party?
Flower parties are approximately 1½ - 3 hours in duration depending upon difficulty.

Are there refreshments available?
The party descriptions will include details if the venue serves food and drinks or if you may bring your own.

What is Blooming Artisans refund policy?
Blooming Artisan will provide a full refund if a guest cancels more than 5 days in advance of an event. All sales are final within 5 business days of the event. At this point tickets are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to another guest.

What happens if Blooming Artisan cancels an event?
Should Blooming Artisan cancel an event due to circumstances such as weather or not enough guests, the customer will have the option to be refunded the full cost of the party or take a credit towards a future party. Guests will be notified as soon as possible but at minimum 4 hours in advance of a flower party. Guests will be notified via recorded message or e-mail.  In addition notices will be posted on Facebook.

Can children come?
Yes, kids 12 and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Contact Blooming Artisan to discuss customizing a kid’s party for children of all ages.

How do I reserve a private party?
Contact Blooming Artisan and we’ll confirm availability for your party. $100 deposit is required to reserve a date for a private party. Deposits will be refunded the day of the event provided there are at least 10 paying guests. Hostesses with 10 or more paying guests will receive a complimentary workshop.

I’m interested in hosting a fundraising event
Contact Blooming Artisan and we’ll confirm availability for your fundraising event and can assist you with the planning and the details of the event. $100 deposit is required to reserve a date for a fundraising event. Deposits will be refunded the day of the event provided there are at least 10 paying guests.
